If you are having trouble logging in please double check the information you've entered in all 3 fields.
● The Case field, enter your full case number, most commonly 11 (eleven) characters long
● The E-Mail field, enter in the email address you gave to support to generate your PIN
● The PIN field, (Case sensitive), enter in your PIN
If still unable to login, please contact support, provide the case number and email address to have a new PIN provided to you.
